The worst customer service experience ever from a retail store and store manager. I purchased a pair of Adidas flip flops for my daughter. All of the flip flops were marked $19.99, but they didn’t have my daughter’s size on the rack. I asked an associate if they had a size 7 available. After a few minutes the associate came back with a size 7 from the stock room. My daughter was glad that they had her size available. So we decided to purchase it. Went to the counter and when they scanned it the price was $29.99. I kindly reminded the cashier that all of the flip flops on the rack were $19.99. I quickly went to the back and pick up the same flip flop in size 8 to show the reduced price. The cashier said that she couldn’t honour the reduced price because it didn’t have a sales sticker. She offered me the size 8 at the reduced price but could not sell me the same flip flop in size 7 at $19.99 . I asked to see the store manager and the manager said it is the store policy not to match the price. Just because the store failed to put a sales price on the flip flop I had to pay the higher price. The store manager would not honour the reduced price and just said it was the store policy. I asked to see the store policy and the manager said that she did not have the policies printed. It makes no sense to me because they had about six of the same flip flops on the rack for $19.99. Just because the size that we were looking for wasn’t on the rack I had to pay $29.99. I called into the location explained and asked if they would exchange and I was told yes. He said he put the item aside and I could either come same day or next. I drove up that evening and was greeted by the unfriendliest person ever. He advised me that he heard of the story and can't do anything until they hear back from district manager. I asked, why they didn't call me to let me know as I drove over 30 min to get there and he had no answer. I asked again and he shrugged his shoulders. He didn't even bother to even look at the item I was exchanging just flat out refused service. I asked for his name and he replied with I don't have to give it to you. I stood in front of him and called into the customer service line they asked me for his name and I told them what he said she asked if he was wearing a name tag, I said no. She took down the report. I offered to send a picture of the worker she said ok so I snapped a photo. I was walking out the store and the "nameless manager" in an aggressive tone told me I need to delete the pic I said no he continued with this needs to be done now as he came closer to me. I replied with its not a pic of you and he said prove it show me, I continued to leave. I am utterly discussed with that store and they should be ashamed to have someone like that working there....

From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed and assisted by two amazing individuals, Ali and Maziar. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness were beyond expectations. They took the time to guide us thoroughly, answered all our questions with a smile, and never pushed us into buying anything. Instead, they genuinely helped us make the best choice based on our needs.
Their attitude was exactly what every customer dreams of – respectful, friendly, honest, and always positive. It didn’t feel like a regular shopping trip — it felt like visiting good friends who truly cared about our satisfaction.
The overall atmosphere of the store was pleasant, the product selection was excellent, and the service was truly five-star. Without a doubt, Adidar will be our go-to store from now on, and the presence of Ali and Maziar is a big part of that decision.
If you’re looking for a great shopping experience with people who treat you with respect and care, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Ali and Maziar. You won’t regret it!
