Last night i had the worst experience in my lifetime. The treatment received from the closing manager/keyholder was absolutely unacceptable at every level. at 8:50pm myself, my husband and my cousin from away on vacation walked into the store hoping to purchase a pair of shoes my cousin can take back home. At 9:00pm the manager walked up to us another man in the store as well as another couple as we were all in the same section and said " are you guys going to make a purchase because we are closing the cash in 2 minutes" in sync we answered yes we will be making a purchase. The manager stood there and said "well can you go to the cashier now?" words cannot explain how furious i am at the lack of professionalism, customer serivce/ care and decency this manager had. I have worked at all levels of customer service and never once has that kind of treatment, tone of voice and display of disgust is ever tolerated. In utterly disgust we walked up to the cashier to pay, and we had a gift card to use. the system froze and the cashier had to restart the computer . The Manager came and asked what happend as if she was in a rush to leave. The cashier explained she input the wrong amount for the tender and then it declined and the computer froze. In annoyance the manager sucked her teeth and cursed under her breath, She said the mall gift cards always give problems. At one point she said we had to come back "tomorrow" which is today. I said to her that that is not an option that my cousin will be leaving on his flight and she said "well you can take the box" She was not at all caring, helpful, or patient. I have always had to deal with difficult customers but never difficult managers. I felt so embarrassed as my cousin has also never experienced such poor behaviour from a customer service, rep or manager. Under Armour has only been in Vaughan Mills for the last 6-8 months, and this was my first time shopping there, this experience has made me not want to purchase in there anymore and I wish i can explain how furious and unsettled i feel as i have never had anyone speak to me in such a way for no...
Read moreWhenever I shop at Vaughan Mills Mall, this is one of my stops! I haven’t had much luck over the years with finding a good promo, the right fit, size, or color. I was pleasantly surprised a few months back, when I was looking for a wind and waterproof rain jacket. I didn’t have much luck at one of my favorite stores in this mall, but found exactly what I was looking for, and it was on sale.
This past weekend, Under Armour had their 50% off. This is the first time I had such luck, and my husband and I had quite the shopping spree! I found t-shirts, capris, and sport masks in my size. They also provided an additional 10% off with a given email address.
Aside from the sales, I was glad to see the fitting rooms opened up, after a long closure. A huge shout out to Giovanni and Erin, who were super patient and friendly.
Jacob, who cashed us out was also incredibly helpful, and I noticed how carefully he folded our purchases. My husband couldn’t find shorts in his size, and requested they be ordered in, but Jacob noticed there were 4 in stock. He left the cash stand and found the size and color in mere minutes!
Super happy with these two recent visits, and I think I’m all set (until the...
Read moreDon't shop here if you are look for deals on shoes, lots styles from 3 years ago selling for full price, while all the newer models are the same price on Under Armour's website. Some of the shoes had clearly been worn but was still being sold. Also seeing as people were trying on shoes bare foot, put me off from buying any shoes in the store. Stores seems to never have product or sizes in stock, but tons of odd patterns and colors in stock if you are looking for those kind of styles. Staff are somewhat friendly and helpful, but seems very pushy as they kept pushing the non-existent sales in the store and kept asking if I needed a shopping bag. Fitting rooms had a long wait, my wife was told she can only try on 5 items, but clearly saw people trying on bags full of stuff. Associate at the fitting room seems to not know how to do their job, as she had to ask somebody else about a product and to check a size, which made the whole process long. Also fitting rooms smelled gross with clothes all over the place. Interacting with staff was also awkward, as I wasn't sure if I should hand them the clothes or leave it in the...
