Absolutely terrible service. I had gone into the store when they were having a big sale. I wanted to buy a pair of boots and asked for my size. They didn't have my correct size in store, but the staff said they could order the boots online. So they ordered them for me and they said it would take 4-8 days for them to arrive, which wasn't a problem because it was the holiday season. They said they would give me a call when the boots arrived and I would be able to come in store and pick them up. I had seen them everywhere, on sale but I knew that I was good because I had already ordered the boots! It had been exactly a week since they ordered the boots and I get a call from the store saying that the boots are no longer in stock and that I could go into the store to get the a full refund. I was a little disapointed and confused because would not they know whether or not the boots were in stock or not, I am pretty sure there would have some soft of clarification that the boots were not in stock. Never the less, I went into the store, got my money back and asked if they had, IN STORE, the boots that I wanted but in a different colour. Throughout that whole process, the lady helping me was completely clueless and quite rude, and the manager ended up coming out and asking if everything was alright here, as if I were being rude. They said yes they had those boots in my size in store, I then kindly asked them if I could put them on hold just for a few hours because I wanted to go to one other store to see if they had the actual, correct size and colour boots that I wanted. They said no they could not put them on hold and that was completely fine. I left the store, went to one other store, and literally 10 minutes later, went back to the store to buy the boots, in a different colour. I went into the store, picked up the boot and asked if they had these boots in my size. Mind you I was asking somebody else that worked in the store. I patiently waited 5 minutes for the worked to inform me that they did not have them in stock but THEY could order them online for me. At that point I was completely fed up and felt like my time had been wasted. I went to another mall and the first shoe store that I went into had the CORRECT size and colour of the boots that I wanted. I came in last week to buy some uggs and as soon as you walk in and just pick up any shoe they right away run to you which I have no issue but it’s the constant pressure and just in general having no sense of space that just ruined my experience. The girl who assisted me and got me got the size for my uggs constantly was saying that I should buy their spray to keep the uggs clean and I already told her no and then she proceeded to offer wipes you could buy and some sponge thing that I clearly wasn’t interested in and I constantly had to tell her I wasn’t interested and that most likely I had a spray at home that my siblings may have and yet again she kept going on saying the spray they have will keep the shoes clean blah blah it was just absolutely so annoying and adding on when I was trying on the uggs she kept being around me saying they looked nice etc which ok thanks for the input but I’m buying them and it’s important if I like them not only that but I was trying to look at them and admire if it fits me or not and she just kept standing beside me and around me which was so annoying. Overall this company needs to inform their employees to back up and when someone says not interested to quite literally stop bringing it up. I never write bad reviews but this honestly just stuck with me for days as it completely ruined my shopping experience and best believe I will not be coming back especially at the Vaughan Location...

Shoes selection in the store is reasonable, but the staff is not and the logistics are awful. I was going to Halifax, and needed a pair of good autumn shoes. Picked a pair, but my size was not available in the store, so I requested a delivery from the warehouse. The order took longer to ship than I was promised, and the shoes I received were not the size I ordered and appeared slightly worn. Had to take a good chunk of my Saturday off to go visit the store, only to find out the the model is apparently out of stock. No apology, no discount for getting another pair, no offer for a rush order, all two days before my trip. Completely unreasonable and screwed up if you ask me. It isn’t even possible to file a complaint to the company, they simple do not care. Avoid at all costs, unless you can pick up your shoes right there and right now, and don’t care about...
