I have been beyond impressed by the level of service and attention I have received from Angela. I was immediately blown away by the level of attention I received from the initial phone call. This was the first time that I felt I was in good hands…there were no pressure or dramatization of my condition. If you are living with any kind of muscular skeleton pain, you know how frustrating it is on your daily life…and I am absolutely estatic in the team for giving me my life back. Will waste your time. Second time it happened to me 1st they double book their staff, didnt even inform me they still let me drive all the way to the spa for NOTHING. Today again, they confirmed my booking i was there on time to my surprise there was no available therapist to do the massage, receptionist told me “ oh i was about to call you” NO mam my appointment is 1050 i was there at 1048, so when are you planning to call me then?? If you can charge your costumer for being late or for late cancellation we should charge you also for...

Very very bad experience ever at this location. I had an appointment on sunday. I called them because I stucked on the road because of very bad weather. I told them the truth why I cant make it. They still asked me to pay the cancellation fee. I would like to thanks the Angela Murphy owner of the location for this bad experience. I have benn customer with them from last 2 years. If one appointment couldnt make it. Thats what we are getting back. Will never recomend to go...
