Back in Nov 2013 I weighed 270 and started a Organic Veg Juice fast (the protocol called it a Juice Feast) and I had only planned to do it for a week. Because of the success I was having I extended it to 2 weeks... then 30-days... 60 days... I was losing weight fast and felt great doing it so I learned how many days I could do this Juice Feast. After 100 days I went from 270 pounds to dipping just under 150. The problem with losing that much weight that quickly is you will likely get gallstones, something I could have prevented if I was more prepared. It took almost 6 months to discover it was gallstones causing me so much pain and for the rest of the year, I was trying to find a single meal that wouldn't cause an attack.

So from 2015 to mid 2017 I survived on Rice and Fish. A meal I could eat that didn't give me an attack. For some reason fish fats/oils didn't trigger a gallstone attack for me (this might not be true for everyone) and I maybe had an attack every 1-3 months by 2017. I then Discovered if I had Bilesalts in supplement form I could eat a regular meal with fats that would certainly give an attack without the bilesalts.

By the end of 2017 I met Jasmine Mah and I found her with the hope of getting a healthier gut and building my gut flora. I never imagined how she could help me with my stones. I had accepted the fact I had stones and my hope back then was, by eating a Ketosis diet (healthy fats and zero sugar) with the help of bilesalts I could keep my bile actively moving and hopefully it would dissolve/push out the stones with time.

Jasmine helped me discover what I could do about it. By doing flushes, Liver Flushes I was able to ""COMPLETELY"" eliminate all gallstone pain. It is right now Dec 23 as I am writing this so I've been doing flushes since the beginning of 2018. The one thing i regret is I've only done 6 flushes, and although I'm successfully moving stones out of my body there is also sludge which is common to see when doing flushes. My bile ducts do get plugged with the back end of flushes... with whatever settled at the end of the flush. With Jasmine's guidance I feel very safe with every flush I do and how to stop every attack as it comes. I still get attacks but the pain hasn't once been in the gallbladder but the bileduct after it. No more right side pain only mid to left.

I also feel more energy, less stress and simply feel much more positive with every flush that has never once been painful. A very nice side effect of cleaning out the liver/gallbladder so it can function better. I recommend anyone 30+ to get a good liver cleaning with a flush. All filters need to be cleaned out even if its a liver.

If you're like me and are looking for an alternative to cutting out your gallbladder which doesn't fix the problem that created the stones in the first place or remove any stones still in your liver. I recommend talking with Jasmine, she has decades of experience with this. I'm so blessed I found her and excited I've found a solution to my suffering that's working!! You're welcome to message me if you'd like more info. I've also been keeping track of all my flushes and its success if that's something that would interest you. Even if you've already removed your gallbladder I believe she can still help you. For those of you who think anything but cutting out your gallbladder is misguided and doing flushes are silly. My answer to you is my own experiences. I went from attacks almost daily caused by every meal. To attacks once a month if that. In 2018 from June until the beginning of dec I had only 1 attack back in June a week after my flush. I was eating ketosis meals (no bile salts either) which is a high "healthy fat" no sugar diet during that period although i'll admit I did indulge with some fast food meals (still no attacks). I was so happy I hoped I was completely out stones but then in Dec just recently I started to have attacks again and so I did my 6th flush and I plan to continue doing flushes until i reach...

I have had a history of bowel inflammation issues as well as constipation and food intolerances for the past 10 years. This past winter, during Christmas my body was feeling sick and was very suddenly weakening and I knew something was not right. I knew it was time to try something different as all the other medical professionals I had seen had not been much help. I came across Organic therapy by Jasmine Mah in December 2019. Upon my first appointment this January, Jasmine helped me understand that healing my body would not be a quick fix and would take hard work on my part. Jasmine recommended for me to start with colon hydrotherapy, followed by liver cleanses. Jasmine makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed while explaining how your body responding to treatment. Jasmine also helped identify which foods were best left out until my liver and gut had a chance to heal. She has a vast knowledge on nutrition and benefits and side effects of different foods! This is proving to be the first method that is improving my health! I had rid my body of all kinds of waste, junk, and toxins left in my gut and gut lining. Jasmine is so knowledgeable and professional. She is certified in many disciplines and offers different services like Acupuncture, Colon hydrotherapy, massage, reflexology, and more. Jasmine really helps you understand what your body is trying to tell you. She is truly a person who wants to help you and works hard to do just that! I also appreciated the way Jasmine follows up to ask how the treatments went. I highly recommend Organic therapy by...

I am 30 years old and had been struggling with digestive issues for the past few years. About 3 years ago I noticed my digestion was changing and I was having random stomach pains, CONSTANT bloating, irregular bowel movements and random nausea. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and was prescribed suppository medications. I had used these for about a year. My symptoms started to improve and eventually, I decided that maybe I can stop the medication. After a few months the symptoms returned again.. I started to look for another solution. Preferably a more natural solution. Since then, I have seen a Naturopath and Osteopath which was about about 1-2 years ago. I have tried MANY different supplements along the way. Some of my symptoms improved a little while others not so much.

October 2018, my brother recommended Jasmine at Organic Therapy for massage. I looked up her website and was excited to see that she also did different types of therapy and cleanses related to digestion. Since then I have had a deep tissue massage, a thai massage and 3 colonics, reflexolgy, acupuncture and also did a liver cleanse. ALL of which i recommend.

After my first colonic, I instantly felt an improvement in my stomach. Finally my bloating decreased ALOT. This was huge for me after being constantly bloated for 3 years. My stomach felt lighter and empty and not so "stressed out" and uncomfortable if that makes any sense. After my first liver cleanse I felt great. Would definitley do both again.

Super thankful that I came across Jasmine at...
