Harbour Place — Attraction in Hong Kong

I've been living here for about 4-5 years now and it's improved since the reviews before this, the staff speak fairly decent english now and the sound proofing is much better, all the facilities are maintained and well-conditioned. There really isn't much to complain about, it has a nice atmosphere, (mostly) kind residents and it's close to tons of stores, markets and supermarkets. The apartments ok none of the security speak even basic number English. I forgot my gate key and they made me stand outside for 30 minutes while they tried calling my apartment like I was a visitor. No one is answering because I live there. I have a door key. I had to write the building number and apartment number down because they don't even understand numbers. I understand it's not their first language but it seems this job would benefit from a little English. I am glad to be leaving here avoid unless you're fluent...

Good convenient location to both Whampoa and Hung Hom station. One of the nicest clubhouse in that area and good management team.
