Can't find a relevant platform to express my regret on working for this company, guess the owner knows how undesirable his company is, coz he never put his company on any job review platform, so I guess this is a good platform to give him a review.

The manager aka the owner of this company is incapable of managing most of his projects given his lack of confidence and self-esteem. There are 3 always he always does:

1. Always blame his staff for not handling the projects well, when he himself was the cause, overpromising what the company's capability can deliver.

2. Always make up stories that he has sacked our fellows because of their incapability and blah blah blah, when we all know they handed in their resignation letters themselves coz they can't take your unprofessionalism at work. Do you really think all other fellows are brainless?

3. Always being disrespectful to his staff, speaking in a very rude tone and manner. Does not respect team's views.

Overall, a very irresponsible boss who only knows how to shrink his own responsibility to his staff when projects are...
