My favourite Viet pho place is HK. Run by a Viet family, the beef broth is to die for. Sweet from the radish and meaty from the beef it is the best comfort food. Tip: Ask for some fresh chili's if you like some spice.
I super recommend eating during lunch hour, the lunch sets will come with drinks and a small snack. The fried spring rolls is super good. But pricy if you have to order it separate.
