My favourite Viet pho place is HK. Run by a Viet family, the beef broth is to die for. Sweet from the radish and meaty from the beef it is the best comfort food. Tip: Ask for some fresh chili's if you like some spice.

I super recommend eating during lunch hour, the lunch sets will come with drinks and a small snack. The fried spring rolls is super good. But pricy if you have to order it separate.

Food: Ordered their raw beef noodles and pork neck. They tasted super delicious, but I wasn't really full from that despite payong over $100 for that. So they need to increase their portions

However, my friend ordered variety pork rice and somehow we found a long strand of hair buried within the rice. It was super problematic!

It used to be delicious and authentic about 5 years ago and I used to visit at least 1x a week during the pandemic as they had the best bun rieu in town so I would put up w the less than clean environment or far from friendly service.
