A Culinary Adventure at Greyhound Café

📍 Kai Tak Sport Park

Meatballs, Tofu and Luffa Soup 肉丸豆腐絲瓜湯 ($138) 🍽️👍

A hearty and comforting dish, this soup combines tender meatballs, soft tofu, and fresh luffa, simmered to perfection. The broth is flavorful, warming your soul with each spoonful. It's an excellent starter to set the tone for your meal.

Fresh Squid Thai Herbs 泰式魷魚 ($168) 🦑👍

This dish is a celebration of vibrant Thai flavors. The fresh squid is cooked to tender perfection and infused with aromatic Thai herbs. Each bite is a burst of freshness and zest, transporting you straight to the bustling streets of Thailand.

Deep Fried Pork Neck 泰式炸豬頸肉 ($118) 🐖👍

Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the Deep Fried Pork Neck is a dish that packs a punch. The pork is expertly fried to achieve the perfect texture, while the seasoning brings out the natural flavors of the meat. It's a deliciously indulgent option that pairs well with the other offerings on the menu.

Final Thoughts 👍😊✨

Greyhound Café Kai Tak offers a vibrant and delectable dining experience that showcases the best of Thai cuisine. With dishes like the comforting Meatballs, Tofu and Luffa Soup, the flavor-packed Fresh Squid Thai Herbs, and the indulgent Deep Fried Pork Neck, there's something to satisfy every palate. Next time you find yourself in Kai Tak, be sure to stop by Greyhound Café for a culinary treat that will leave you craving more.

Bon appétit! 🍽️

We attended the last day of the four-day Coldplay concert last Saturday. Before the concert, we decided to grab something to eat. We saw this restaurant right before the Kai Tak Stadium area. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming—if I’m being generous, I’d say it was average, but honestly, it felt below average. It resembled delivery food more than what you’d expect from a restaurant.

The Wagyu Elvis burger tasted like fast food and was quite bland. The patties didn’t seem to be made from 100% meat—perhaps not even 80%—as the beef flavor was hardly noticeable. The French fries were cold already.

The Calamari Fritti were okay, but I felt bad for the table next to us; theirs looked undercooked and lacked the golden brown crispiness ours had. This inconsistency in such a simple appetizer is concerning.

The beer was overpriced and tasted diluted for a stout, and the Koppi was mediocre at best—I wouldn’t recommend it.

I always feel reluctant to give low ratings to restaurants that appear to be trying, but it seemed like they weren’t making much effort to create a pleasant experience for guests. Perhaps the busy atmosphere due to the Coldplay concert contributed to this, but does it explain their low ratings...

Very bad service. The worst I have even experience! One staff (look like manager) was rude and unprofessional. We ordered four dishes for sharing. They didn’t give us bowls and chopsticks so we asked. we also wanted some chill sauce. Then he said “ anything else ?” And rolled his eyes. They are in a service industry should offer the cutleries even before we asked. But no. Instead we have to ask for it and received that treatment from him! Ridiculous!!! It’s dinner time and only 4-5 tables. Now we all understand why no one wants to go. One male staff in glasses and the only one female staff were very nice and friendly. They explained the dishes thoroughly to us. Food is expensive, portion is average, taste is acceptable. Wine is extremely expensive. Overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL...

1. Medium sirloin got turned out medium well. 2. Pasta vongole was watery and the vongole wasn’t even vongole. 3. Crab fried rice with a twist: fried rice and crab wasn’t even put together, maybe that’s the twist. Tbh it tasted fine, but come on, you can do better. 4. After they served the fried rice, they told us the last dish is sold out. Why couldn’t they tell us earlier?
