Read moreWe attended the last day of the four-day Coldplay concert last Saturday. Before the concert, we decided to grab something to eat. We saw this restaurant right before the Kai Tak Stadium area. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming—if I’m being generous, I’d say it was average, but honestly, it felt below average. It resembled delivery food more than what you’d expect from a restaurant.
The Wagyu Elvis burger tasted like fast food and was quite bland. The patties didn’t seem to be made from 100% meat—perhaps not even 80%—as the beef flavor was hardly noticeable. The French fries were cold already.
The Calamari Fritti were okay, but I felt bad for the table next to us; theirs looked undercooked and lacked the golden brown crispiness ours had. This inconsistency in such a simple appetizer is concerning.
The beer was overpriced and tasted diluted for a stout, and the Koppi was mediocre at best—I wouldn’t recommend it.
I always feel reluctant to give low ratings to restaurants that appear to be trying, but it seemed like they weren’t making much effort to create a pleasant experience for guests. Perhaps the busy atmosphere due to the Coldplay concert contributed to this, but does it explain their low ratings...
Read moreVery bad service. The worst I have even experience! One staff (look like manager) was rude and unprofessional. We ordered four dishes for sharing. They didn’t give us bowls and chopsticks so we asked. we also wanted some chill sauce. Then he said “ anything else ?” And rolled his eyes. They are in a service industry should offer the cutleries even before we asked. But no. Instead we have to ask for it and received that treatment from him! Ridiculous!!! It’s dinner time and only 4-5 tables. Now we all understand why no one wants to go. One male staff in glasses and the only one female staff were very nice and friendly. They explained the dishes thoroughly to us. Food is expensive, portion is average, taste is acceptable. Wine is extremely expensive. Overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL...
