After reflecting on my review from last May which was “Can't wait to see what this mall has to offer“, I feel it is important to address several concerns regarding the offerings at the mall, as they currently fall short of expectations. Many visitors have mentioned that the music volume in the food court is excessively loud, which detracts from the overall dining experience. Additionally, the height of the railings poses visibility challenges; at 5 feet 5 inches tall, I struggle to see over them. The triangular architectural design of the buildings creates a sense of confinement that negatively impacts the shopping experience.
On a positive note, I want to commend the design of the restrooms—they are exceptionally modern and thoughtfully executed. However, I must also raise an issue about accessibility among malls 1, 2, and 3. While there are bridges linking malls 1 and 2, accessing the other malls from mall 3 requires exiting and walking approximately 20 to 30 meters, which is inconvenient for shoppers.
