Jin Bo Law Skybar (Hong Kong) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

An unfortunately dismal experience. My wife and I decided to go to the bar and indulge ourselves in some nice drinks for a little date night. However, the service was subpar and the price of the food and drinks definitely didn't reflect the atmosphere and for us to justify spending a fair amount of money.

My wife ordered a basic cocktail while I ordered a beer; My drink arrived 10 minutes later but as I saw it sitting on the bar top, it was delivered to me flat and my wife's drink still wasn't served to her and we had to re-order it again. The first snack arrived immediately after ordering but as we didn't have our drinks, we were left quite thirsty. The second snack arrived almost at the same time when we finished our drinks.

If you need to go to the restroom at any point, be aware that there is only one unisex toilet which usually requires you to line up and wait. For an establishment like this, it is incredibly odd.

Lastly, we asked for the bill which led to us waiting for over 5 minutes and in the end my wife and I got up and went to them instead to pay the bill!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Kervin, the restaurant manager, and his amazing team! The three staff members—Joe, Karen, Max are truly stunning. They always remember guest preferences, making every visit feel special.
