When it comes to indulgent comfort food, pizza maru is one of the restaurant on my list. The pizza dough unlike other pizza, it is incredibly soft, with just the right amount of chewiness and waterfall amount of melted cheese on the top and in the middle. It provides the perfect base to highlight the freshness of the ingredients layered on top. We have ordered Bulgogi Chicago Pizza, the tomato bursts with natural sweetness and very juicy. It’s a refreshing contrast to the hearty, tender roasted beef which isn’t just cooked; it’s roasted to perfection along with the bold, savory flavor of the bulgogi. Together, these elements create a harmonious balance of texture and flavor that will leave you craving more.

Honey Garlic Chicken with Cracker is a delightful side dish that surprises you with its crispy yet tender bite. The chicken is coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze that’s both sweet and tangy, while the cracker adds a crunchy texture that’s simply addictive.

To wash it all down, I always paired the meal with a Coke that offers a fully guilty fizz yet very refreshing and satisfying.
