Kennedy Town Swimming Pool is a great place to go for a swim in Hong Kong. Here is my short review of the swimming pool:
Firstly, the swimming pool is very clean and well-maintained. The water is crystal clear, and the pool is regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.
Secondly, the swimming pool is very spacious, with plenty of room for swimming and relaxing. There are multiple lanes for lap swimming, as well as areas for recreational swimming and water play.
Thirdly, the swimming pool is very affordable, with reasonable prices for both adults and children. It is a great place to go for a workout or to cool off on a hot day.
Finally, the staff at the swimming pool are very friendly and helpful. They are always available to answer any questions and provide assistance as needed.
Overall, Kennedy Town Swimming Pool is a great destination for anyone looking to go for a swim in Hong Kong. Its clean facilities, spacious layout, affordable prices, and friendly staff make it a must-visit for anyone looking for a fun and refreshing...
Read moreOverly crowded swimming pools where private swimming classes take up more than 80% of the available space, resulting in very narrow and small lanes available for casual swimmers—which makes no sense for a public area.

This is quite unusual and rather disturbing, to be honest. Can't they simply wait outside the pool in the waiting room?
Additionally, prioritizing access to the pool for actual swimmers and finding a better balance between learners and active swimmers would be truly beneficial.
The place itself is rather old and the changing rooms are dirty. Anyway, that's just another day...
Read moreFine indoor and outdoor swimming options with a shallow children’s play area. There is a total of 4 swimming pools. 2 indoor, 2 out. There is also a set of heated whirlpools. It’s $19 for adults and my 3 year old son gets in for free. However, the children’s play pool has been closed the last few times we have we have visited. Call beforehand if you are expecting to visit the kiddie pool.
Lots of lockers and showers inside the main changing areas. The family changing rooms are usually busy and aren’t nearly as safe and as they should be. The floors are like ice with water on them for young children and the toilets are open for playing in if you turn your back for a moment. Overall it’s just poorly designed considering how new this building is. Aside from that, it’s a very welcome...
