Disastrous as a movie venue. Rude staffers went out of the way to shout at kids behind me about masks, and searched seats to confiscate drinks, without a word of “excuse me/us.” Also air con was a bit strong and noisy. Stay away from it. UPDATE: One additional star for the venue's response. The movie was The Asadas at 10:10am on 14 Nov. When the kid on back row was yelled at, the movie already started. Not great. While the interior is well kept, there’s arather high flight of steps to be climbed. Drinks and condiments are of acceptable price but nothing spectacular. Cinema has policy of bag check and would ask to keep your bag with drinks and more or their roadside, dusted rack after you have told them specifically what is in there requires an environment of lower temperature. It all leass to an experience that I would rather pay AppleTV to enjoy a movie at home...

Very violent staff, particularly the tall man. The CCTV footage clearly shows how rude and violent their staff are.
