Kiztopia New Town Plaza — Attraction in Hong Kong

I would have given it a negative star rating if available. This is the worst place I've ever been to. The staffs were incompetent and were impolite. They also refused to admit they have made a mistake for pushing my son out to a stranger.

My family went to Kidztopia today with two kids. My 20 month old child was waiting outside with my husband. My husband was helping to pick up the toys that fell out from kidztopia stand and therefore let go of my son's hand for 2 seconds. My son ran into kidztopia side door, as it was opened. I spotted it from the other side of the room, ran there to push my son out as I have serious back pain and couldn't pick my son up. Whilst I was pushing him out and trying to call my husband over, this staff (Tara Lee) without asking whether the man who stood outside was the parent of my son before pushing him out.

She denied of her fault but to accuse us for not looking after my son. She claimed that I didn't take my son out therefore she picked up my son and pushed him out of Kidztopia to a stranger.

As Tara Lee didn't know what she's done wrong, we requested to see her manager to complain about Tara's attitude. Tara herself and another male staff said the manager is coming out to speak to us, but nobody came out after 15 min and then Tara came out to say that she's the manager. She never admitted she's the manager during the first conversation. Tara also said she's asked a 20 month old child to get out of Kidztopia, and did not ask the parents to do so. What kind of logic is that?? She also said that the parents should be looking after the child so that he wouldn't have ran in. None of the staff knows who their manager is and they have refused to provide me the proper route of complaining.

This is the worst service that I've ever had. I will never recommend anyone to go to Kidztopia...

Having visited all of KizTopia (Inc BounceTopia), my son said this is the second best one out of all them.

Services were good.

It has a variety of activity to keep the kids entertained.

Bouncy castle section. Trampoline Inc Interactive gaming, basketball, target ball battle mode and wall cliff hanger experience. Construction section. Candy small nursery section. Playzone with large ball pit and slides Mini Mart and kitchen experience.

It has enough variety to keep your children entertained.

Located on Lower Ground floor, New Town Plaza, bit hard to find if it's your first time there, look for kid play zone signs.

I was worried it would be too overwhelming for my 1, almost 2, year old, but a weekday morning was relatively calm and there was lots he could engage with. Really helpful staff pointed out the area for younger children near the back but he was also happy to play with the older children in the play pretend stations (he especially liked the food area and playing with the diggers) and the more active areas (trampoline, bouncy castle, inflatable obstacles) were enjoyable whenever we noticed there was no one on them.
