A lovely little park but sadly often destroyed by people waking aggressive dogs. I live near here and come often and once again I have just had a huge dog come up growling as I was waking next to his owner (with two other huge dogs - why?). I really wish this park would ban dogs or have a specific area for them to go.
Too many people in Sai Kung with many dogs they cannot control or manage. Why bring three huge dogs to a public park if you know they are aggressive?
Selfish and dangerous behaviour. Luckily for weekend visitors, I think these owners are at least smart enough to not bring these dogs to the park with lots of people as they know the chance of incident would be much higher - it is just us poor locals who take a risk every time we come during the week.
Other than that it is a lovely place to walk and leads off onto a short hike and even all the way to Trio beach.

The centre is aimed at young children, but offers a lot of information about Hong Kong's geology and agricultural history. The shell exhibition is much more impressive with a large collection of shells and explanations for where they are found in HK. The farm does offer a nice little area to wonder around with an interesting Chinese Medicine plant section and vegetable growing area that sells fresh produce on Saturdays. If one's interested in trees and plants, there are a number of different species of both. If one's interested in aquatic environments, there are multiple ponds.
