本人2023年8月15號 一家四口由大阪飛往香港的航班,因為天氣關係延誤了兩次
第一次收到香港快運航空電郵8月14號說航班要延遲至當晚8月15號晚上10時(22:00) 第二次於8月15日收到電郵說要延遲至8月16號凌晨01:00 由於颱風關係,我們一家四口,兩個大人兩個小朋友根本沒有辦法在深夜前往關西機場。 由於8月14及15日電郵內容提及延遲航班可以全數退款,只要登入網上的連結 Option 2 and 3: full refund
於是本人及太太輪流使用快運航空所提供的連結進行退款申請。 當登入連結進行所有退款步驟時:最後的tracking number 均沒有顯示出來。 返港後把沒有tracking Number這回事電郵給快運航空,快運航空再重新給了一條新的連結 ,這次的連結成功生成tracking number 。 其後我們向快運航空跟進這件事情時,快運航空,聲稱我的退款理由不成功,工作人員說要在14號之前申請,這是極不合理的,因為在15號的電郵當中說明可以全數退款並提供連結,所以我們才在15號申請退款,只是香港快運的連結不能成功,並不是我們沒有提出申請。 在這件事情上,本人覺得快運航空處理手法不當,故意製造出網站的微小漏洞,把消費者轉移視線,把申請人數的成功率減至非常之低(接近零) 有欺騙消費者的成份。 本人會向消費者委員會及機管局進行投訴。 這件事的所有來龍去脈,電郵白紙黑字及申請退款當時(有日期時間)的手機截圖及電腦截圖都一一保存,希望有日有調查此事的持份者來提供證據。 另外本人亦會向機管局投訴香港快運航空網站設計上是很難容許我們這種投訴的,表面上有電郵及WhatsApp...
