Shake Shack (Citygate) — Restaurant in Islands District

Visited their location at the Citygate Outlet Mall. The ordering process was very seamless, as it was done entirely via tablet and self-serve.

Many of the items are similar with other Shake Shack locations, with the Hong Kong locations having the Mango Bubble Shake as an exclusive item. All burgers and sandwiches were made fresh once ordered and were a good portion size by itself. The Avocado Bacon Burger as one of the more special items was decently filling on its own.

Recommended to visit Shake Shack for those who are looking for a decent burger and/or want to try an American-style...

This fried chicken sandwich (chicken Shack) at this location was AH-MAZING! I don’t know why, but it was better than other locations in HK …definitely my favourite fried chicken sandwich. The extra sauce I requested on the side was really good. My companion wished they offered the vegan burger option like they do in the USA though. And too bad they no longer offer peanut butter shakes! Busy place, challenging to find a place to sit but there’s a small seating area around the corner at the back...

Good place to get a semi quick bite. Right next to Starbucks and conveniently next to the Tung Chung train station. It is not as fast of the other big food chain upstairs but the food was very good. If you don't speak Chinese you can also order on the screens right next to the door, that is to your left as soon as you enter. Many options for hamburgers and shakes. Also not only burgers. It is a busy area due to the station and mall, so at lunch it may be hard to...
