I came here the first time in early 2024, a few months after it's grand opening. It's big in HK standard, the noticeable difference from other MTR operated malls is that there's only one escalator which links the mall (2/F) with Tai Wai MTR station. There is a bus terminus on the ground level, making it's accessibility remarkable. As the mall is run by MTR, it has a small exhibit of a train model located in a corner, which I think is a bit out of place. In general, this 4-storey mall is filled with chain shops and dinning places. I'd like to go there again.

It's a new mall. Just opened late July 2023 but since it's new it has loads of deals, and with loads of deals comes loads of tourists from the mainland and locals. Therefore it is a very packed and busy mall. A Namco arcade will be open this month sometime, there are many good restaurants to try and I think HKs first Nintendo store? Definitely atleast go see the Wai if you have time.

All glitzy, brand new mall with many shops , eateries and entertainment. Takes time to walk through many multiple levels. I spent 1000HKD and took 3.5 hours to browse through shops. It is disappointing that free parking privilege is only for 2 hours, and I ended up paying for 48HKD for 2 extra hrs. It's not ideal as many shopping malls now offer 3 to 4 hrs free parking. Would not go there again!

Disappointedly it’s just another neighbourhood shopping mall, nothing special but so crowded and so packed, long queue for table at any restaurants. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♂️ The car park is located at the other end near the Marketplace supermarket, therefore when getting many and heavy stuffs at those shops at the other side e.g. MUJI, it would be a disaster and chaos (imagine also have to bypass the crowds) 🙈

Nice new pet friendly mall in Shatin. Lots of new restaurants and very lively for a Sunday. The Marketplace is quite expansive. Unfortunately, the elevator entrance to the mall is too tight and doors are too narrow. The carpark is also very poorly designed. The tight and narrow lanes make it very difficult for cars to get in and out. Who was the architect???
