My experience with Oriental Gastropub was extremely disappointing. Due to a mistake by their staff, who forgot to include in the bill some dishes that we ordered upon arrival for our reservation, they subsequently began to harass and harass the person who made the reservation, even when we were no longer in the restaurant. I went over there to enjoy a birthday celebration. Very nice they wanted to accommodate you but at the end was an improvised table with awful decoration. OK . NEXT, food and service, everything we asked for and some dishes we wanted to try in particular were over. El día viernes 03 hicimos una reservación para 5 personas en el karaoke, la vez pasada nos habían avisado que si hacíamos la reserva no había consumo mínimo, pero cuando la hicimos nos cambiaron las reglas, al pagar uno de mis amigos se dio cuenta de que estaban cobrando una botella de más en la cuenta y pidió aclaración, al revisar con el mesero se dieron cuenta de que efectivamente no se había pedido esta botella y cuando yo regrese me ofrecieron la cuenta solamente para pagar, yo no pregunte nada solo pague. Mi sorpresa es para despertarme al día siguiente con mensajes mi celular del mesero Sebastián, diciendo que teníamos que pagar la botella que nos negamos a pagar porque se la iban a cobrar a este mesero y no era justo, obviamente yo no estaba enterada del tema y me ofendió muchísimo que me acusaran de negarme a pagar algo cuando no fue así, al hablar con mis amigos me explican que era una equivocación de los meseros que ellos hablaron eso con ellos. Trate de explicarle eso al mesero él me decía que tenía pruebas de las cámaras de seguridad y que tenía que pagarle, a lo que yo le solicite muy amablemente que me dejara ver dichas pruebas, él me dijo que no podía darme ninguna pruebas que si quería podía ir a buscar en los videos de seguridad, lo que me da a entender que él no las había ni siquiera buscado, y que tenía que pagarle porque me estaba negando a pagar y él no tenía que pagar por mí. Obviamente, termine pagando para no seguir siendo acusada de un delito, pero revisando con mis amigos estamos seguros de que nadie pago esta botella y parece ser el mesero que por su desorden le faltaba cobrar una botella y la mejor idea que tuvo fue acosarme y tratarme de delincuente para poder reponer el valor de esta. Nunca más volveré a este restaurante, debo aclarar que el otro mesero si fue muy amable, pero este mesero Sebastián es una persona abusiva y arrogante y mientras él continúe como mesero en este lugar...
