Worst massage I have received in my life. Not only did she miss all the tight spots, but more so she made me choke pressing into the trachea instead of the tight neck muscle in the 90 seconds she spent on the head and neck. She seemed to have no idea about human anatomy and an inability to press into the muscle. I was freezing the whole time and the extra blanket I asked for only came 5’ before the end of the massage. Me regalaron un bono de pareja y al intentar agendar por whatsapp no me contestaban….luego, me pidieron foto del bono, el cual es un papel impreso que se puede perder en cualquier momento. Deberían automatizar ese proceso, hacer un bono electrónico. Me tocó ir hasta el lugar y pedir que me contestaran para agendar. Cuando logré agendar, por inconvenientes de la vida (mi abuelo falleció) no tuve cabeza y olvidé por completo la cita por lo que no fui….luego pedí que si podía reagendar y me cobraron 80.000 por el reagendamiento. Fui, y la verdad no sé si volvería….el momento del masaje pensé que sería completamente relajante y tranquilo, pero las personas entraban y salían a cada rato, la puertas las abrían y cerraban a Y sonaban mucho…. no se enfocaban en mantener el espacio tranquilo y cómodo. Cuando estuvimos en el jacuzzi solo nos ofrecieron una gelatina o “champaña con chocolates” ( que es como una gaseosa y una moneda de chocolate)….nos tocó además llevar nuestras propias toallas y vestido de baño. Creo que podrían mejorar mucho. Agrandamientos más automatizados, ofrecer mejores aperitivos, ofrecer sus propias toallas y fijarse muy bien en que al momento del masaje todo debe estar preparado para los clientes y no tener interrupciones.
