Very sad there’s someone who works there that I feel is sabotaging the restaurant and the owners. By giving bad customer service and doing things with a bad attitude. When I order sometimes they bring it incomplete without the side dishes. Then I came to find out the side dishes are even “unlimited” in the restaurant. It’s sad I want to support the business and I hope they don’t keep any waiters around that are giving them a bad reputation it’s very unfair just because the waitress doesn’t care about her job that the owners have to pay? And I get robbed when that person does this as I haven’t gotten my money back from rappi. I have a lot of suggestions for the restaurant as well to be more successful I really wish the restaurant the best they are one of ID not the only authentic place just for a waitress to ruin it and now they don’t answer the phone either. I’m from the US and I’m also Korean. I’ve been to many Korean restaurants including ones that are very authentic in Korean Town Los Angeles. This restaurant had some good food but it also really fell short on others. We thought the Japchae, Kimchi and Kimchi Jjigae were good. The kimchi fried rice and pork belly were flavorless. The most disappointing by far was the bulgogi. What Korean restaurant could ever get bulgogi wrong? Not only did it not taste anything like bulgogi but I would have to say it was the worst bulgogi I’ve ever had in my life. No flavor at all. It’s marinated, how does it not have any flavor??? I basically got strips of beef with no seasoning.

I guess expecting a more authentic Korean restaurant based on the reviews just wasn't smart. Banchan is mediocre, definitely store bought and also some weird ones that I've never seen.

Kimchi fried rice was alright, good taste but without any char. Could be better with better quality kimchi

Most ridiculously, we ordered pork bulgogi but were served with pork cutlet instead. When we told the waiter that it was the wrong dish, he very confidently said that the pork cutlet is bulgogi 😅 anyone who knows even abit about Korean food know that bulgogi is far far from fried pork cutlet 😑

Update: when the bill came it turned out it was the waiter who made a mistake in the order (of course)- we still paid for the whole bill because the waiter pleaded that he would have to cover for the wrong dish. Weird...
