Magiaventura Park en Villa de Leyva — Attraction in Boyacá

I love this agency! We got to ride bikes that were held up in the air.The security is really good! There is a lot of fun rides like the Tibetan bridges.This park is also kid friendly.There is attractions for kids and adults.The Superman ride is really fun. You are attached to a harness and it’s like you are flying while you are looking at beautiful landscape.There is also ATVs. They are really fast and you have a lot of fun! Near Villa de Leyva,there is a dinasour park for all ages.There is also a chiva,were there is music and the chiva leads to a desert at night,and we roast marshmallows.Yummy!I totally recommend this agency and the great service of Armando.Totally...

Tuvimos una experiencia muy decepcionante con esta empresa de alquiler de cuatrimotos en Villa de Leyva. Nos ofrecieron un plan de 50 minutos a una hora, pero el recorrido solo duró 30 minutos y visitamos solo dos pozos. El guía no fue muy amable y una de las cuatrimotos se dañó dos veces.

Lo peor fue tener que esperar alrededor de una hora para que nos llevaran de regreso a Villa de Leyva. Aunque el carro ya había llegado, el conductor se puso a hablar con sus compañeros mientras nosotros esperábamos. Tuvimos que ir tres veces a preguntarle a qué hora nos iríamos antes de que finalmente nos dejara subir al vehículo.

Además, el lugar estaba muy sucio. Nos dio pesar ver tanta basura, así que recogimos algunas cosas mientras esperábamos. Los empleados solo estaban jugando cartas en vez de mantener el lugar limpio.

La experiencia fue muy costosa para lo mediocre que fue. La única persona amable fue la que nos hizo la reserva, quien dijo que escalaría nuestra queja.

No recomendamos esta empresa en absoluto. We had a very disappointing experience with this ATV rental company in Villa de Leyva. They offered us a plan of 50 minutes to an hour, but the tour only lasted 30 minutes, and we only visited two pools. The guide was not very friendly, and one of the ATVs broke down twice.

The worst part was having to wait around an hour to be taken back to Villa de Leyva. Although the car had already arrived, the driver started talking to his colleagues while we waited. We had to ask him three times when we were leaving before he finally let us get into the vehicle.

Additionally, the place was very dirty. We felt sorry to see so much trash, so we picked up some things while we waited. The employees were just playing cards instead of keeping the place clean.

The experience was very costly for how mediocre it was. The only kind person was the one who made our reservation, who said they would escalate our complaint.

We had a wonderful experience with Magiaventura! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to help us find the perfect activities for our stay. Their recommendations were spot on, and everything was very well organized.

We booked several activities through them, including a visit to the stunning Pozos Azules, a scenic horseback ride through the countryside, and a super relaxing afternoon at the hot springs (Termales). All at very reasonable prices!
