We got a room next to the laundry or something so there was always some noise or person that you could hear through paper-thin walls. The brooms and trash bags were constantly left outside of our room and someone knocked on our room even though we put the “do not disturb” sign. The hot water could not be calibrated into warm water (either steaming hot or ice cold—no in between) and the water pressure was too high (became mist almost). Room was humid and smelled of musk most times, and we had some battles with enormous mosquitos. Lights went out for a few minutes once and (again) our room was cleaned even though we put the “do not disturb” sign. Room was in a corner on first floor.
The front desk is very welcoming and kind. Got a great tour recommended by them. Will stay in Casa...
Read moreI have been staying in this hotel for my vacation for many years. The service is absolutely perfect. From Marlene the receptionist to the youngest guys that help you with your luggage. All of them are very knowledgeable about the town restaurants and activities around the town. I always stay in the second floor suite, spacious, with Jacuzzi and a humongous bed. The hotel send you back on time, colonial style, very colorful with a peculiar sense of nostalgic times. The hotel is very close to everything in town, restaurants, bakeries and the main square. The owner Alberto is super friendly with tones of stories to tell about the town. I feel like been at home and with family when I stayed here. Highly...
Read moreHotel Antonio Narino is well-situated in village center and offers locked car parking around the corner. The rooms of this hotel are grouped around two communal courtyards; each with two floors. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is wonderful. This is a hotel for people who would like the basic rustic inn experience. Rooms are simple, with cold water in the sink, a hot shower; and a small tv. One sleeps and wakes with the rhythm of the other guests as one uses the (courtyard) window for ventilation, and walls are thin. The hotel offers no breakfast, but has hot and cold water with instant coffee and tea available at...
