This hotel set a new level of horrible service. We made our reservation months before, and 30 minutes before arriving, they increased our price by 25%. Their reasoning was that “the price is too low for a holiday weekend.” The person writing me was rude, practically giving me the middle finger. After an hour or so, they finally admitted that they made a mistake and agreed to give us the rate we booked at. this hotel is located 4 blocks from main square and has very cozy spots. they even have a nice water dwell surrounded by bushes with flowers. a must for a picture perfect location! the rooms are clean an spacious and the staff is very friendly. the breakfast is not big but enough to fulfill your belly. I don't give them the five stars because they forgot to wake me up when I requested ( so use your cellular alarm clock) and their wifi sucks. A tip: around the main square you get free wifi with strong signal. This hotel was nothing like we expected. Slow service when checking in and mosquitoes in room that were very old and had a musky smell. The carpeting was outdoor and had not been changed for many years. The shower did not work until a maintenance person was called.
