Came to this park on a Friday afternoon as we were walking from one water taxi stop/dock (Plaza of Nations) to another one (The Village). It was pretty busy and filled with a bunch of kids all over the place - which, is a good sign of a popular park, I guess. There's a pretty tall slide (say 2-3 stories tall?) a smaller play area for tots and toddlers, and a zipline-like rider that was very popular with the kids. The ground is covered with a rubber flooring that provides some tread and has a firm-yet-bouncy feel to the sole of your feet. Plus, the park has a really nice view out into False Creek/Science Center (old Expo 86 site). Located a short walk away from the Main Street/Science Center Skytrain station on the Expo Line. Recommended to kill a bit of time with the child(ren).

Review: 5 stars Creekside Park is a beautiful urban oasis! With its stunning views of False Creek and the Vancouver skyline, it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing day outdoors. The park has spacious grassy areas, playgrounds for kids, and a nice walking path along the water – ideal for picnics, jogging, or just enjoying the scenery. There are benches for sitting and taking in the views, and it’s well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. I especially loved watching the boats go by and seeing people kayaking on the creek. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in nature within the city!

This park has a kids zipline . Its got one big slide and small one . Its got lots of places to climb around . soft rubber surface in the playground . Its got swings . It does have a small sand pit area with a mini wooden house .its got benches and picnic tables . Its got a huge grass field . Its only got porter outhouses toilets. Its next to the seawall . It does have paid car parking and public transportation nearby. And its got a marsh area with a viewing area with history markers the marsh resembles what things used to look like here pre van city days .

It's a great park for kids and adults alike! There's a nice play ground, a big slide, zipline (look for my video in the photos section, it won't show up here), water activity table, swings, a big field, walk ways and bike lanes. Plus the new park that opened right next to this one, it has volley ball and stuff. Throw in Science World and that little boat that takes you to Granville Island, you could spend a whole day here. This photo is of a dog I seen on my visit. I'm actually writing this review at this park right now. Great times!

Nice walking path and bike path along the seawall. Good view of the false Creek and science world. However, lots of geese poop everywhere, but I guess that's the work of nature that we can't control. Lots of benches along the path if you feel like sitting down for a snack/break. Not much shaded area though, so, can get very hot on a hot day. We did find a bench with some shades, however, because it is directly under a tree, the bench is full of bird poop. Otherwise it's a good place to come hang out and get some fresh air

Play areas are well-equipped and safe for children, offering a variety of activities. Picnic spots are abundant and provide a lovely setting for a family outing. The park's cleanliness and the presence of ample parking make it accessible and welcoming. However, it can get crowded on weekends, so early visits are recommended for those seeking solitude. Overall, Creekside Park is a charming spot for relaxation and recreation, offering something for everyone in the heart of nature..
