Rogers Arena. One of my favourite places to be at. Love the vibe here. Really good food. Friendly employees. The hosts are really really kind to us every-time we are here. CANUCKS FTW đ As a lifelong fan of hockey and live events, Rogers Arena holds a special place in my heart. This iconic venue has brought me so much joy and excitement over the years, and I'm thrilled to be able to share my experience with others. From the moment I stepped into the arena, I was struck by its grandeur and energy. The atmosphere is electric, with fans of all ages and backgrounds coming together to cheer on their favorite teams and artists. The seating is comfortable and spacious, with plenty of legroom and great views of the action no matter where you're sitting. The staff at Rogers Arena are some of the friendliest and most helpful people you'll ever meet. They go out of their way to make sure everyone has a great time, whether it's by answering questions, providing directions, or just chatting with fans. It's clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to making sure everyone has a positive experience. The food and beverage options at Rogers Arena are top-notch as well. There are plenty of concessions stands and restaurants to choose from, offering everything from classic stadium fare to gourmet cuisine. Whether you're in the mood for a hot dog and a beer or a more upscale meal, you'll find something to suit your tastes. Of course, the main attraction at Rogers Arena is the events themselves. I've had the pleasure of seeing some incredible performances here, from thrilling hockey games to amazing concerts and shows. The acoustics and lighting are top-notch, creating an immersive and unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance. Overall, I can't recommend Rogers Arena enough. Whether you're a die-hard sports fan or just looking for a fun night out, this venue has something for everyone. The combination of great staff, fantastic amenities, and unforgettable events make it one of the best places to visit in Vancouver. I can't wait to come back and make more memories at Rogers Arena in the future.

Alright, Canucks fans, I braved the lion's den (or should I say orca tank?) â Rogers Arena â for a recent Jets game. Look, even a die-hard Jets fan like myself has to admit, it's an experience. The Good: Rocking Atmosphere (But Not As Rocking As The Canada Life Centre): You Canucks fans sure know how to get loud. Credit where credit's due, the crowd energy was electric. Though, I gotta say, it lacked a certain... je ne sais quoi compared to the Canada Life Centre back home. Maybe it's the sea air? Good Eats (Except for the Lack of Lobster Rolls): Okay, maybe not everything was good. Food selection was decent, but come on, folks, you're surrounded by water! Where's the proper lobster roll action? A seafood haven shouldn't have to settle for mystery meat on a bun. Easy Access: Public transportation dropped me right off practically at the doorstep, and parking seemed plentiful. Winnipeg could take some notes on arena accessibility. The "Needs Work" Pricey Concessions: Maybe it's the exchange rate, or maybe it's just highway robbery, but those concession stand prices were enough to make a Manitoban faint. Twenty bucks for a hot dog? You'd think it came with a side of airplane tickets back home. Overall: Rogers Arena's not bad for a hostile environment (those jerseys still sting!). Just be prepared for loud Canucks fans, a serious lack of proper lobster rolls, and the potential for some serious financial bleeding at the concession stands. But hey, at least Winnipeg's still got the better team. Even if we did lose this round. ;) Bonus Tip: For Winnipeg Jets fans venturing into enemy territory, pack your earplugs, your travel mug (fill it with something stronger than coffee if the score doesn't go your way), and a healthy dose of self-deprecating humor. You might need it. But remember, no matter where you are, there's no place like home ice (or should I say iceplex?)

We are currently at the Karan Aujla concert waiting to be let inside. We received an email prior saying that posters WILL be allowed so long as they are not attached to a pole or stick. We drove 4 hours to be here. We reached the security check just for the main security guard to tell us that no signs are allowed and that theyâre going to throw it away. The gave no explanation as to why the policy changed out of nowhere. The guard disregarded the email and took the poster from our hands. So far, this is the most unprofessional and unorganized concert I have attended. Edit Post-Concert: Both venue security and external security (Genesis Security Group) were horrible. They allowed a couple people to bring their paintings and postersâ just not us even though we followed the guidelines. On top of that, random people snuck on to the floor and caused a mosh pit, resulting in us getting nearly crushed by the crowd. We informed security multiple times but they chose to ignore us until they realized something was wrong. 15 minutes after they realized what we were saying was true, they failed to take action other than standing on the guard rails and looking at people. When we reached out to security earlier about drunk men harassing, causing arguments, sneaking in random concert goers, and shoving women, the security guard replied by saying âGo ask another person for help.â Additionally, blunts and vapes were brought into the venue and were used during the concert. The whole purpose of security is to maintain a safe environment for all event-goers, but Rogers Arena staff and third party staff from Genesis Security Group utterly failed to do their job and serve their duties.

Rogers Arena is a multi-purpose indoor stadium located in Vancouver, British Columbia. It serves as the home venue for the Vancouver Canucks hockey team and has also hosted numerous concerts and other sporting events. 1. What can I say? If I want to see a concert it's not like I can choose where to see it. The ticket prices are high, the seats are tiny and uncomfortable, the food prices are outrageous. They sell pizza by the slice for $12 each. $7 for a Pepsi. Eat before you go. The entry process is pretty smooth. Be prepared to go through a metal detector, be patted down and have your purse looked through as with any stadium. The lines used to be ridiculously long in the '90s with one door and two guys working but they've improved things. They have a massive security team and rows of metal detectors so they can take huge crowds at once. Lots of expensive parking in the area. If you're looking at parking websites in advance to get the best prices be aware that all the lots in the area increase their fees on concert nights. They have event pricing so expect to pay $40 for a couple hours. We drove to a lot 5 minutes away and they still had event prices. It's located right next to the sky train where you'll wait hours to get on. The cops are always around afterwards to block the roads and control traffic and to try to keep things moving smoothly as possible. If you park in a lot make sure you're not parking at one that closes at 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. if you're at a concert. They close the gate and your car gets locked in. If you park in a lot very close to the stadium like the indigo one across the street be aware there will be a severe traffic jam and you'll be stuck there for an hour to move one block. You're better off having to walk 5 minutes to one up the street and then the road is clear.

Donât even wait your money on a VIP floor seat . Very Injured Person !!!!!!The security team they hire Genesis ,just ruin your evening and experience. They cram too many seats in that leave you in the isle pushed out by other patrons in your idle . The whole evening constantly bothered by the Genesis team asking for your phone to see your ticket when you have been cleared by the Rogerâs Host team ! Youâre better off in a seat not on the floor to enjoy your event without being constantly bothered or at least have no seating near the stage for a few rows . Paying a huge amount is worth the VIP Floor Experience and end up in Emergency after dealing with my experience , and for both the fans and the artist ! Itâs more of a Hockey Rink not venue for an artist . Will never see a concert at this venue again , unless Rogerâs takes in a new company for security . I would also suggest more washroom mostly for the ladies that are forced to run into the mens stalls , and just keep the hosts as security at Rogerâs and BC Place . The staff and hosts go out out of their way to deal with the crowds and the megalomania of the event planners with this very unprofessional security company Genius! Itâs easier to stay home and watch some YouTube recordings after leaving the hospital in my home theatre to avoid an injury caused by the security for no reason !
