Importanne Centar — Attraction in City of Zagreb

Nightmare for tourists. Garage only accepts local cash. As a couple of tourists, visiting Zagreb for the first time on Christmas Day, we have arrived and parked in the garage. Upon leaving, we’ve found out it is only possible to pay cash in local currency. We did not have any kunas. A very rude employee in the parking garage told us the machine is broken (Im assuming he meant the parking machine) and sent us to get money from the ATM. It is Christmas, we were cold and had no idea where we can get cash to pay for the parking. I am shocked as this is The very downtown of the capital of Croatia, a member state of the European Union and not a middle of nowhere in third world country. And the fact it was not even written anywhere this garage doesnt accept cards and the attitude of the employee is just bad customer service. In the end, we were desperate and offered to pay cash in euros and ended up paying twice as much as we did not get our change...

Hello Me and my friend visit Roberto shop last 13/01/2025 at glavni kolodvor around 20:30 I saw the perfect bag for present to my mom I really love to work of Roberto products. But when we go inside the shop the lady who inchard that night was really racism she judge the people that she really don’t know.at the first we are trying to smile to her and check the more items that we can buy.until the lady is start to yell that we need to move out to the shop and start to yell she really mean because we brown of color of skin and she can do that to the people I really disappointed I know a lot of Croatian people that they are really good even you are other nationality and have have a different color of you’re skin. That night we only want to buy a gift for my parent but I didi cuz the lady was terrible Please be kind to everyone spread love

The Importane Centar mall is situated underground, with a large garage, in immediate neighbourhood to the fabulous hotel Esplanade and the most romantic winter scating park in the open at the King Tomislav Square in Zagreb - the capital of Croatia.
