Do not recommend. You may save quite some chunk of money and find equally good facials and massages elsewhere. PLUS: The Saloon offers a very nice interior, spacious, relaxing, soothing, pleasant. Good location in the city center. Some therapists were very professional, mindful and mindful. MINUS: Some therapists quite arrogant and unprofessional. I got myself a package of 10 buccal massage. Each time I came to my scheduled massage, I got a different therapist. Some of them were not trained to perform the massage I paid for, so I'd get some other normal facial massage and was persuaded by the staff it is as good. Out of 10 buccal massages, only 3 were the one I paid for. Other types of facial massages I received were relaxing and they made sure I was aware they used on my face B.R. outstanding and raving products. BUT - other than one hour of relaxation, those facials did offer nothing more. I've spend quite substantial sum of money for the facials and products. Prices not justified to the results. If you don't need to monitor the spending of your hard earned cash - go ahead and splurge! But if you juggle your expenditures rationally and expect somewhat better results than in your neighborhood cosmetics saloon, I'd say this is a place to avoid. They sell nothing but a nice "packaging" and a mist wrapped in bougie...

Truly the best beauty salon in all of Croatia. Unparalleled customer service, product, and effective treatments that can not be matched or exceeded by any other brand. It has been 9 months since I have been visiting this BR location and the results I witness, feel and display with my skin have inspired me to continuously take care of my self. This salon has become a part of my lifestyle, a part of my well-being.

From facial peelings, treatments and massages to actual body massages, Biologique Recherche has shown me a new (to me), unique and distinct approach in the way their staff carry out treatments. The best is that here you both feel and see the difference!

Highly recommended, and even if you are just visiting Zagreb stop by as it is close to the centre (not far from Hotel Westin or Zagreb's National Theatre) and experience the magical hands of the BR staff. Don't forget stock up on their products, which are also available at the salon as they keep everything in place and in order until your next treatment.

Unkind and moody staff. Not as in other BR places. Always in bad mood… Also not giving out samples as in other EU cities. Creams cost a fortune and I spent fortune getting out Zagreb place with 2 samples upon my request. Stay away from this BR in Zagreb! Also exterior of the building looks like trashy neighbourhood! Not representative building and staff...
