Botanical Garden Pavillion — Attraction in City of Zagreb

After seeing many parts of upper town, it was a refreshing change to visit the botanical garden to see some beautiful garden and flowers. We felt the garden was okay but can do more to capitalise it's full potential. We thought it rendition of the Japanese Garden was big failure. It was no where like a Japanese Garden at all. I was able to walk to this botanical garden from the centre, but there's also tram stop right on the corner from the entrance in case you would have it too far. The trees here provided some shade from the sun, the flowers were blooming at the time of my visit, it was nice. Just watch out for the ponds, my legs became a buffet for mosquitos. I fancied a quiet walk somewhere and chanced upon the Botanical Gardens which are lovely and peaceful. It costs about 1GBP to enter and you can wonder along meandering paths throughout the gardens.
