We got yelled at by the bus driver for showing our Dubrovnik Pass instead of a bus ticket when we got on at the Gruz Port. He physically pushed me, then patted me on the head and said “do you read English “? My answer is: yes, better than you. Because the Dubrovnik pass clearly states : Bus tickets can be obtained on board the buses during the initial journey.

Maybe bus drivers in Dubrovnik should undergo training on how their actual tourist passes work. OR, maybe their tourist information centers should fix their pass and train their staff to give accurate information.

Beautiful city and country, useless staff and people. And disgusting attitude by the bus driver that ruined...
