Denmark šŸ‡©šŸ‡° Copenhagen - attractions We really enjoyed our second Aire Ancient Baths experience. We first experienced Aire baths in Chicago and also plan to check out the ones in Spain soon so the company overall does a great job with converting one-time customers to returning customers. That said, the Copenhagen location had a few items that could be improved. The check-in experience was a bit unnecessarily drawn-out. We would have happily completed our release form before arrival instead of waiting for free tablets. 2nd- My robe had makeup stains on them which seemed unclean.. not sure why these robes are cleaned properly or removed from rotation when they aren't able to clean up properly. In addition, the locker room seemed sparsely stocked - however that's just in comparison to the Chicago Aire baths which was fully stocked and set a rather high bar. Overall, the baths were nice, less pools than the Chicago Aire baths but it's still a charming place offering a unique and very relaxing experience.

Best refuge on a cold day in Copenhagen! We visited for their luxe love connection couple experience and it was surprisingly busy-ish on a Monday. The locker room and shower stalls are well equipped with l'occitane products, ghd hairdryers and flat iron, deodorants, disposable hair brushes. There's always an attendant to guide you. The massage by therapist Ludivina is fantabulous! Being Asian, I'm always wary of massages outside Asia because I usually end up disappointed or underwhelmed. But Ludivina has got the magic touch! The spa baths were in 3 sections with pools ranging in temperatures of cold, frigid, tepid, and warm. There is a big steam room in the middle, a flotation pool at one end and a big jacuzzi pool at the opposite end. There are about 3 nooks where we can help ourselves with ice cold water and warm green tea. The poolside attendant, Alberto, was polite, friendly and attentive. All in all, an absolutely 5 star experience!

OH YES! That was a beautiful treat. It was a bit more pricy, but it was money well spent. The team has really thought through a guest experience from entering the building to leaving. In the changing room we were welcomed by an assistant, who guided us through the steps and when we entered the baths area, another assistant introduced to the great choices we had: cold and warm water baths, huge 'jacuzzi' area, salt scrub, steam sauna... and more. There is a limit to how many people can join and it doesn't feel overcrowded. It was a very special experience and I consider doing it again next month because it's February and I'm worth it šŸ˜‰ As a guest I would be very curious to know more about the historical building either on the website or some post in the bath area. It's a gem. (You can't take a phone to the bathing area, which is fair. Absorb those images and experiences with your eyes and body).

I have been in AIRE in Spain and had a great experience there, and once in Copenhagen. 24/11 was my second time in Copenhagen, first time with my husband.

We booked couple spa + massage at 12, but ended up coming later at 12:05 due to road constructions around the area and it was impossible to park. I called at 12:02 saying we are coming a bit late, the phone lady coldly answered: then we will have to cut short your experience. I said you should have written in your website or informed us about these road blocks, to which she answered in very rude, not customer friendly manner - ā€œit’s not our problemā€. That already put me in a bad mood to start with, and just the bad experience.

We came there and although we were late, the lady at reception was kind enough to allow us for massage and gave us the wrist bands. However turns out we forgot our bags in the car while rushing and had to go to the parking (which was far) to get it. The lady at reception said it was fine, and we can still come back for massage.

When we came back, there was another lady, seemingly the manager (who I spoke on phone with - I recognized through distinct voice) who told us we lost the massage because we are late, despite the other lady told us otherwise. The manager also said we should have been here 15 mins before (11:45) and counted that time for lateness. Although in the email it was only RECOMMENDED to come early, not a must, especially since we had already checked in online.

Overall just bad experience which we carried that mood to the bath without massage. I know we were at fault for coming late, but for an international renowned and expensive facility like AIRE, having such straight forward attitude is not acceptable. Especially when we were in AIRE in Spain and had a great experience despite being few mins late.

She could have saved me some nerves at the beginning by saying the same thing in a more customer friendly way, but no, turned on the strict manner for a luxurious international experience! And by the way, later, my husband told me when he called, at the same time as me (he was parking so we were not together), one lady picked up and said it was fine we were a bit late. Why did the danish manager need to ruin the experience for me from the get go?

The point is the whole experience is for 2hrs, why couldnt they be more flexible with the start time of 45 min massage? Everyone coming here for relaxation, but this in turn brought only stress. Even if it’s a 15-20 mins massage, I think we should still be entitled to that, not the whole cancellation.

Not coming back here ever again and regret for recommending friends to come! The staff should go back and think again on the vision and purpose of AIRE, rather than pulling the cards of being super strict and unflexible, which brings only stress to clients.

PS: after sending them a complain on website, they only came back 10 days later. they ā€œofferedā€ me a free spa session which I did not take, as they accused me repeatedly for coming 1 hour late, hence I lost my massage. When in fact the first time I was 5 mins late, and when we left to grab our bag, the first reception lady told me I could still come in for massage.

Staff in copenhagen clearly lack customer service for such a place, and accused me for being rude, while they kept shoving to me that I was...

A Truly Luxurious and Rejuvenating Experience - 5 Stars

From the moment I stepped into AIRE, I knew I was in for something special. Nestled in a serene part of the city, AIRE perfectly blends ancient bathhouse traditions with modern luxury. The ambiance is nothing short of magical—dimly lit with candles, the scent of essential oils in the air, and the soothing sound of water flowing all around. It truly felt like I had been transported to another world, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The baths themselves were an absolute delight. I enjoyed exploring the different temperatures, each offering a unique sensation—from the invigorating cold plunge to the deeply soothing hot baths. The saltwater bath was a particular highlight, where I could float effortlessly, feeling all my stress melt away.

The massage I received was, without a doubt, one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was skilled and attentive, using techniques that not only eased my muscle tension but also left me in a state of deep relaxation. It was clear that every aspect of the treatment was designed to enhance well-being.

AIRE also impressed me with its immaculate cleanliness and the overall maintenance of the facilities. Every space felt pristine, which only added to the tranquility of the experience. Burhan at reception was especially attentive, ensuring that my check-in was smooth and that I left with everything I needed after my session, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.

Overall, my visit to AIRE was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury with such a deep sense of calm and rejuvenation. I left feeling completely refreshed, both physically and mentally. AIRE is a true oasis in the city, and I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely...

My partner and I went to Aire on the 26th of December 2022, at 20:00 for the baths and a 30 minute massage. I had also purchased a selection of 3 chocolates each to go with the experience.

Pros: The staff were so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was fantastic, and even at the front desk you begin to feel relaxed. There is a great selection of pools, a fantastic steamroom, and a salt pool where you can simply float, which was perhaps my favourite moment. The massage was good considering it was at the very end of the day for the masseuses, who were kind, professional, and friendly. All through the bath spaces there is a delicious mint green tea and water. In the showers, the body wash was fragrant and luxurious, and likewise the shampoos and conditioners. The attendant at the end dries your swimsuit and places it in a small plastic bag, which was a nice touch.

Critiques: Our experience came with a glass of cava or a juice...we chose the juice, but to our surprise we were just given plastic-bottled juice you could find at a supermarket, which broke the atmosphere a little bit. It would have been better to have brought them out in glasses or cups of some kind. The chocolates we ordered were supposed to be 3 each but were were only given 2 each. Considering they were 75kr (for a total of 150kr) I was quite disappointed, but didn't complain because I was too relaxed at that point and didn't want to break the experience.

Overall I loved this place and will for sure be back, but knocked off a start strictly due to being shorted on the chocolates I bought and the presentation of the juices. That said I cannot wait for my...
