This is some of the best ice cream I have ever had--certainly some of the best in Copenhagen. They mix the ice cream fresh, right in front of you, with foggy nitrogen going everywhere, like a witch's cauldron. The flavor is fresh and natural, but still sweet, and the texture is velvety and creamy. They have a limited set of fresh flavors each day--about half a dozen--but you will find something you love. Do yourself a favor and splurge on a sundae. The waffles and crunchy toppings are phenomenal, and the cardamom waffles are inspired.
