Art Escape Events — Attraction in Copenhagen Municipality

Worst studio I have ever been. I sent email on 1st of September to ask if i can paint something by my self, NO REPLY. NOTHING about class and answer if i can practice myself. When I went there (6th Oct.)at their so called first class, the studio was closed. Now Im leaving this country and wanna get a refund. She said no i can't get a refund and expelled me and said talking on email. How ridiculous. Im going to consumer board for meditation anyway, if necessary i Would love to get a lawyer to say how I CAN'T GET REFUND FOR NOTHING SERVICE I SHOULD HAVE HAD and go to court, i don't mind court fee sincerely:) maybe the owner is just racist🤷‍♀️ Plus just saw someone waited and waited also wanna get a refund but nothing until rated one star then get a refund. Seems that this happens a lot to them🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Regarding to what the owner says, probably the only thing she can say about me. I visited the studio on 1st Sept., 6th Oct. 8th Oct. And 9th Oct. As they DONT reply e-mail And the studio was closed all the time i went there. The only time i saw the studio opening was tonight😓I sure do go to consumer board as Ive already...

I also took an 8 week “Figure in Oil” masterclass with Jason Patrick Jenkins, hosted by Art Escape Studios. The class is held on Zoom and you receive the recordings afterwards, which has been so valuable to be able to review the material over and over. Jason is a master in his craft and a wonderful teacher, and throughout the 8 weeks you go from drawing to a full color figure study. The class size is small and Jason provides individualized feedback each class. This class really took my understanding and skillset to a new level!

Looking forward to continuing my Sundays in the studio with Mel and joining Jason or the handful of other artist-led classes Art...

I applied a class in August, and they asked me to wait until September because the number of the people was not enough. So, I waited until even October and asked them to refund. Now is November, still I could not receive the refund... What a waste of my time to contact them for the refund so many times.... I think I should visit there and get a refund by cash:(

Just after this review.. I could get the refund promptly in few minutes.. You know what.. they said they issued the refund some time ago, but it was not because I received the automatic refund e-mail for the first time few minutes ago. I am so disappointed with their honesty.. She excuted many times that the refund takes time like few days by e-mail. But it is not true, just after the automatic refund e-mail, the money immediately refunded to my account. When you get refund, you should get refund immediately. Do not wait. Otherwise, you would not be paid...
