The First Mall — Attraction in Giza

Noble luxury to the point of excess, if you want to call it excessive. Certainly, a place that is second to none in terms of location, though I'd say it's controversial: facing the zoo on the facade side, overlooking the Nile on the rear and flanked by the French embassy. A weird mix for some and an exotic one for others. Otherwise, impeccable settings and stylized service all over the place. Truly magnificent and shining clean floors, ceilings, walls and elevators, with smartly placed mirrors, imparting depths and dimensions as you stroll around. Impressive and opulent Mall. After long walk from the dusty road outside, this place is like a sanctuary for luxury. Lift butler helped you to press the buttons in case you get lost. Toilets at the top floor.

Lunch were good BUT over zealous, well mannered and friendly enough staff who couldn’t wait to clear the table even though we were still eating. I felt like I could not put down cutleries for a breather and they think we were finished. Asked for a spicy seafood fettuccine, but was not fulfilled. Onion soup was good n as well as other food ordered. Pricy. I wish they would consider having smokers outside...

Really nice mall to escape the chaos of Cairo outside. Located next to and I think connected to the Four Seasons. Lovely cafe downstairs which is reasonably priced and without staff constantly harrassing you. Was nice to relax here and be comfortable after a day of sightseeing. Shop wise it's more high end . Don't expect main chain stores such as Zara etc. Prices weren't too bad when I visited due to current prices locked vs matching...
