KFC — Restaurant in Giza

Staff were very good in manner and polite especially the only gentleman to speak English.

But then one of them gave me terrible chicken.

Chicken was super super super dry and that's no exaggeration. Barely edible. And how can you get 3 pieces of identical side breast and a completely inedible piece in a meal consisting of only 4 pieces of chicken. That's just poor and careless. Surely there's a limit to how long you can keep chicken in those lighted cabinets.

Part of me thinks because I'm a tourist they knew I wouldn't be back. For those coming from other countries where we experience true quality of KFC expect this place and probably other KFCs to disappointment big time!!

I told them I want 2 regular twister box 3 times and they got it spicy for me!!!! And I had to take it because I was in a hurry! Also I wanted to pay with my VISA and they said it doesn't work for them and I had to go outside looking for an ATM and had a long walk! I won't go there again totally disappointed!!! Can't believe I paid...

المكان بصورة عامة نظيف ومتنوع اماكن الجلوس وكذلك يوجد به العديد من تصميمات الطاولات والمقاعد بما يتناسب مع مختلف الاحتياجات والازواق الحمام المخصص للرجال غير نظيف ولا يوجد به ورق تواليت وكذلك الأحواض الطعام دون المستوي من حيث القطع، فكانت صغيرة جدأ و الذي قدم لنا خلاف ما تم طلبه يوجد بالمكان عدة شاشات تذيع احد المباريات بصوت عال بصورة منفرة وفي نفس الوقت الاذاعة الداخلية للمطعم تذيع اغاني اجنبية و أيضا بنفس درجة علو الصوت!!!! ولما طلبت من احد العاملين كتم واحد من الصوتين مع خفض الآخر وافق ولكن لم يتغير شيء، ولكن بعد مرور حوالي ٧ دقائق في جو أشبه بالمقاهي الشعبية طلبت مقابلة مدير المكان حضر وقام مشكورا باغلاق السماعات الداخلية ولكنها عادت للعمل مرة ثانية ولكن بدرجة صوت اخف قليلا بعد حوالي ٢٠ دقيقة قد انصح بزيارة هذا المكان لمن تضطره الظروف للبحث...
