It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Sheraton Addis. For myself and my husband it was the staff that made our stay so happy, we felt so well looked after. Hager in Stanley's was an absolute first class bartender/waitress who showed us how beautiful and polite and hardworking the Ethiopian people are she went way and above the call of duty, to be honest Hager made our visit so special. I felt Hager was so competent and could run anywhere in the hotel with ease. Hager is such a brilliant team member she honestly could be put in any position and do a sterling job..The girl who worked with Hager (sorry I don't know her name)was such a lovely waitress also so attentive, polite and always pleasant, a really lovely staff member. Ephrata was also such a good worker and so professional. . The chef Mohan and Selamawit from the kitchen were incredible and so flexible with our order preparing a wonderful chicken wrap it was delicious. Birhanu from Breezes and Abera and Amera were absolute delights such lovely, lovely friendly people they made our visits to Breezes so much fun and we spent many a special evening with them. I would also like to praise the breakfast staff who were so helpful, professional and hard working, Yeni was a lovely, kind hostess too, breakfast was a lovely happy part of our day because of the gorgeous, attentive staff. Bethlehem again a delightful, helpful and gracious member of staff. I would also like to praise Mahlet at the front desk she was so professional, quick minded, extremely helpful nothing was too much for her again she went way above the call of duty for us, she is also the kind of girl who you could give any job to do and she would do it effortlessly, a really great team member.. I would like to compliment the management on their choice of staff members they truly show the true Ethiopian people. I have wanted to visit Ethiopia for years because I had heard how incredible the people are there and your staff excelled in everything I have heard about Ethiopian people. Thank you to everyone for making our stay an absolute delight.
