This museum is somewhat that I cannot give a good rating. First of all, it wastes people's time waiting until the time for entrance. The female staff is indifferent to customers, I can tell it is not her own business that she doesn't care. I took off 30 minutes in the morning the security man politely said it's fully booked. He offered to make a reservation for me at 1500 so I come back. When the female staff try to scan my helsinki card it doesn't work. The security man said that they are changing system and they don't have a new scanner. The woman wanted to turn me out and doesn't care even it is my second time here today. I'm really upset about the attitude of the female staff and I'm truly sorry for the owner of this museum to have this kind of employee. ...
Read moreThis is a great museum to visit. Home of Mannerheim from mid 1920s until early 1950s in Kaivopuisto has been turned to a museum. Many rooms have been retained as they were when Mannerheim rented the house. Proficient guides give excellent an hour long tours.
