I'm not entirely sure why this place has such good reviews. Perhaps their waffles and pancakes would have been better. But when I arrived I was told they were not making any crepes, pancakes and waffles due to the weather being too hot. I'm afraid that is not good enough, they need better ventilation/extractor fan or Aircon, if that's the case. The tables were not cleaned, we had to move the used cups and plates and cutlery from their previous customers. We had to ask them to wipe the dirty table and find an extra chair ourselves. Seriously ridiculous. I bought a red velvet cake and coffee late into the day, I cut into the cake and it felt rock hard, I told the staff who said "I can't change it" did not offer anything else and I was expected to eat a stale rock hard cake, I dug into the middle, but as you can imagine I was really unhappy with this. The staff said this cake was there "since this morning, nothing I can do". Insane response from a business. I wouldn't be recommending this place unfortunately and it doesn't deserve the rating it is at present.

I recently visited Relife and had a wonderful experience! I ordered a cappuccino, which was really good – perfectly brewed and delicious. My wife ordered the Nutella fruit salad, and it was fresh and tasty, a delightful treat. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We are definitely coming again! Highly recommend this place for its great food and warm ambiance.

I went there a few times with my husband. I ordered dubai chocolate cup and my husband wanted to order waffles which they didn’t have 2 times then the 3rd time we went they had but it took well over 30 mins to make it.. Waffles was average nothing special. Poor customer service. The environment is cold like, no happy staff, barely speak english or finnish.. Staff are on a phone call on loud speaker
 and facetime.. Over priced. 15€ for a big dubai chocolate cup, too much chocolate sauce. The bottom of the cup is drenched in chocolate. For 1 waffle only, dubai chocolate cup, 1 coffee that my husband didn’t enjoy and one juice box was almost 40€
 Took so long to make all of our orders we needed to pay for 1.5hrs parking on average
. Really hope they can hire some staff that are happy to work there and...
