QiTea Tripla — Attraction in Helsinki sub-region

First time visit this store and I’m totally disappointed. I have always been a fan to winter melon milk tea since its first out. I usually visit the flagship store in Helsinki to buy it but today, since I have a chance passing by Tripla, I decided to buy my drink from Qitea Pasila.

My first impression about the service was slow. The young lady staff keep standing at the cashier whilst talking with her friend who was also a customer without noticing that me and other customers were waiting. Only when she felt that chatting was enough, she started to make her friend’s drink and then was my turn to order. The winter melon was horrible. They gave me the cup contained only 2/3 of milk tea even there was ice in it. The taste was completely different from the Flagship store in Citycenter. There was no winter melon taste but just milk and ice water.

I gave 3 point out of 5 since the packaging was nice and the staff attitude after giving the milk...

I tried QualiTea for the second time now. What I really like about them is the packaging: very modern and nice-looking. However, the quality of the tea isn’t up to par. My first order was their original milk tea, and it was bland due to the melted ice. Yet, this time, I ordered straight from the shop with this Cheese passion fruit tea. As you can see, the cheese somewhat “crumbled” and added a weird texture to the whole drink, rather than adding any extraordinary flavours to it :( Hope that the shop will look into this issue and come up with an improved recipe.

Updated: I came back to give it another try. Finally found a drink that suits my taste. I really like their strawberry Olong tea with coconut jelly. You should give that a try! They’re going to open their second store in...

Liked the tea and the bobas were chewwy! I tried the classic, taro and matcha ones. All of them were great! Having said that it does has it's flaws too... they had 6 people working in there and yet the service was relatively slow you have to pay 1e to have the hot version or without ice the hot version is not even hot... I ordered one specifically hot and it was just as the normal order without ice. So you pay 1e for them not to add ice 🤷
