Parking Interparking Napoléon — Attraction in Fontainebleau

Review based on a 6-day reservation through the website. Upon entry, you will need to take a ticket to gain access but this is no problem. When you leave, all you have to do is press the 'appel' button twice to call for assistance. Give them your reservation number, DO NOT PUT YOUR TICKET IN THE MACHINE! You will pass after verification. I was driving a Renault Megane so my car wasn't enormous but the spaces do tend to be tight. There are spots for handicap parking, there is also an elevator for the place is handicap-accessible. You will need to use the parking ticket you get during entry in order to access the elevator. If you don't have a reservation, you have to pay through the machine on floor -1. There are also charging stations for electric cars, and spaces made for smaller cars like the Smart car. I parked my car on 11.12.2024 from about 1pm to 5 pm on the place 2025. When I returned back I found the scratches on the front bumper of my car. It seems like it was done by somebody who occupied the place in the opposite - 2026. I also found that car nearby (on the place 2024) is damaged too, but much more then mine. I tried to find the parking personal for assistance but there was nobody. When I tried to pay on the barrier on the exit the machine declined to accept 2 of my cards. I had to move back, go to the payment machine on the stairs which took my card without an issue. Outside of the parking, where my phone got network I saw notification of 3 authorizations in my wallet. Fortanutely, 2 of them we're canceled soon by themselves. Entrance is kind of tight but once inside the parking places are ok. There are two covered parkings almost next to each other. This one had free places so we ended up here. Everything was correct, nothing to complain about....
