Never again. Rude service has no place in business during these uncertain economic times. Went there with my family, the place was empty and after chosing our flavors we made the mistake of talking to the three people beyond the counter. “All orders are placed at the kiosk!” one barked and pointed to the three POS systems behind me. The employee then made a face to their colleagues like we were stupid in which they validated with eye rolls and laughs at the moronic family that thought they could place their order verbally. Read moreThe ice cream is the best, and I think the service just is what it is- The poor girls working there were obviously understaffed yet most of the families/ tourists who came in saw that there's this HUGE line and then think for some reason THEY will be served before everyone else, and made nasty comments to the girls doing back-breaking work in that tiny work area in 100 degree heat to get us that delicious ice cream.
