If you don’t want to be told things like “there are other people as well, you’re not the centre of the world” just for politely asking how long your iced coffee will take - don’t go to this place.
I had already been waiting for about five minutes, and it was obvious they hadn’t even started preparing my order. There were, at most, four people after me, all with small orders, so the delay wasn’t due to a rush.
The staff here are incredibly rude - especially the guy serving ice cream, who was by far the worst. He seriously needs to calm down. Speaking to customers in that way is completely unacceptable when they’re simply inquiring about their order.
And guess what? They only started making my coffee after I asked. It was ready two minutes later. That says it all.
In decent cafés, staff would usually respond with something like: “Oh, apologies, we forgot about it - it’ll be ready in just a couple of minutes. So sorry again.” But here? Apparently basic manners are too...

There seemed to be some unclear restroom policy that didn’t make much sense to me, and even the simple act of sharing ice cream felt quietly discouraged. Plastic spoons appeared to be tightly rationed. There's also a printed notice warning of a €0.50 charge for touching the sweets with your hands, which added to the overall impression of mistrust.
There are plenty of nearby places where the experience is friendlier, the rules fewer, and the dessert just...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered an ice cream on a cone. As soon as I sat down and started eating the cone, the cone broke in half and the whole ice cream scoop fell on the floor. I politely asked for a new scoop in a cup as the cone was poor quality, but I was rudely advised that I would have to pay for a new scoop if it was in a cup. I then stated that I’ll get a new cone then but the staff rudely refused and insisted that I could only get a new scoop in the cone that was broken in half. As the cone was so small, the new scoop was half the size of the first one I received. Such...
