Personally I had a great experience when visiting this LV store back in April 21, 2024 (Terminal 2E, Gate K for international departures). The sales associates who weren’t busy and including security all greeted me kindly when I walked inside. Miss Barbara assisted me with my purchases and she was extremely helpful and patient. I commend them for speaking to me in English because I know it may be a challenge to provide quality service in another language. Ultimately, I was satisfied with my shopping experience. Barbara mentioned that I was lucky to come in at a perfect time because it was before all the summer travels. Maybe this is also a reason why I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Otherwise she said there will be a line outside the store with a waiting period averaging 30 mins to an hour. Wow lucky me :)

Helpful tip: Prices in the airport are duty free (no VAT/tax free). It appears that the prices here are lower than the prices outside the airport because of the no VAT (value added tax) in the sales price. If you buy inside the airport at a duty free store then you don’t need to fill out a VAT refund form. The refund form only applies to purchases made outside the airport. A nice experience for my first time shopping in Paris. The information on here is incorrect. The store is actually located at gate 2K. We ended up having to walk to 3 different gates looking for the store which was frustrating getting different directions from people. One person said there was no LV store in the airport, the other said 2F then we finally got the right directions to go to 2K. CDG is huge. Be prepared to walk with whatever bags you bring. Pack light if you can. We arrived at the store at 745 and they close at 9 PM. They open at 7AM they had everything I wanted except one bag in all black.

I had a layover so we stopped but the store before heading out to the city. You have to check your bags at customs before leaving the airport otherwise you’ll have to pay 24% taxes on any LV purchases you buy in the airport when you return since it’s duty free. Terrible Experience and Dishonest Staff Be aware of these scams artists.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this store. The staff was not only rude but also tried to mislead me with incorrect information. When I asked for assistance, I was met with condescending attitudes and unhelpful responses. It was clear they were more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping me find what I needed.

When I questioned the accuracy of the information they provided, they became defensive and dismissive. It felt like they were intentionally trying to take advantage of me, assuming I wouldn't know better.

I left the store feeling disrespected and disappointed. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value honest service and respectful treatment.

I will report Johanna, "the store manager," to the corporate as she tried to steal $130 from us simply by lying and trying to push the nonsense of converting USD to Euro. This is super unprofessional and needs...
