Disrespectful staff, speaking in an inadmissible tone. I went to Brach Hotel with 2 friends. Knowing that my family members have subscribed to the gym, I will have a table un good time. I have been a loyal guest for a year mainly at the restaurant. That's happened 03/06/2020 approximately at 7:30PM.

Everything happened approximately So I asked the lady at the entrance to have a table on the rooftop for 3. A member of reception or security, I don’t know his position, told me that it was on reservation. So I told the lady that my family was a member. The man aggressively comes to me to repeat that it s on reservation. However, my brother was there with a friend one day ago, without reservation. He tells me in stronger voice that I am wrong. I ve never seen a staff in fact contradicted his guest. I tell him the time when my brother went there so 4 p.m. in my memories. It was a misunderstanding about Time for my brother’s coming. The man involved is Karim. Then, Mr. Karim gets angry when he treat me a "liar", I tell him to change his tone because for a 5 star hotel it is unacceptable. Unfortunately, he decided to be against me, instantly that I "lie" with him, and that I had to « speak better ». I’ve just never seen such behavior in a star hotel. The "manager" told me not to bunch them up for a drink. While I specify, menu on the rooftop cost minimal 85€. I was ready to wait for a place at the rooftop. Nevertheless, Mr. Karim, raised his voice to say that it was up to me to speak better. I know very well how I behave, this is not the first time that this has happened with me or another guest. The staff really lack friendliness, respect and above all professionalism. I decided to call my uncle to intervene in front of this gentleman. The manager wanted no worries. She is apparently the substitute of the manager. My uncle arrived to speak to mister Karim. He said I disrespected him. This almost came to blows. But no one came to learn the facts. The lady looks like nothing and welcomes us to the rooftop without any indication.

The service was impeccable at the rooftop. Attentive and courteous staff.

The young man told us that hats were free at the entrance and that we could use them. We took it. A rain covered the rooftop. We had to leave. At the exit, we were waiting for the rain to calm down.

The manager goes to reception to point the finger at us. Then a gentleman, a certain Anthony, it seems to me, and came hurriedly towards us. Although he has always been kind to my family, he told us to return the hats. Then they ordered us to go outside. He treated us with rude words. We thought they were going to admit their mistakes but it got worse. I am a regular customer. I have long said nothing about the behavior of certain employees. But this time I was not going to let it go. Every detail counts because the “manager” absolutely does not know how to manage her team and completely interprets another story of the facts. Despite the fact that I liked the hotel a lot, I am disappointed with what just happened. The staff should be reviewed as soon as possible!
