We were a party of 4 and we had a dinner on May 25th. Waiters are walking through you when you enter the restaurant, instead of letting you pass first. They lean between and you companion during the conversation when pouring wine, and interrupt you in the middle of the sentence. It's just a basic stuff that should happen in a restaurant that has this kind of prices. On a more important note- We were charged the account from another table, and overpaid 115€. It was a mistake by a waiter (which is totally understandable because he was covering too many tables). When we realized the mistake, we drove back and we've been told by the manager Maxime to send him bank details to his whatsapp number, and that he will do the bank wire on May 27th. The number he provided didn't have whatsapp, and when I called no one replied. I tried calling the number of Andia provided on Google Maps, but no one picked up. We drove to Andia again (spent almost 70€ on taxis in total for Andia), got the apology from Maxime and he provided his real number. I provided him bank details on May 29th, and after the payment hasn't arrived by June 5th I spoke to him again. It is June 12th, I've spent so much time on this, and the refund is still not in my bank account. I'm giving up from chasing this embarassing restaurant that overcharges average food. Never coming back!!!!!!
UPDATE: Andia replied to this post instructing me to write them an email, which I did, but after 10 days I still didn't get their reply. I can't say I'm surprised. Don't go to Andia. You...
Read moreDefinitely not Paris worthy; average food at a high cost. Fish on the Ceviche and sushi rolls are ok; though the complete ceviche dish included raw hard undercooked corn kernel which messed up all the dish. Entraña ( recommended by the staff) is basically a 30 Euro arrachera with no side or special season/sauce whatsoever accompanied by a mediocre tomato sauce. Chicken skews tasted ok, but that flavor can easily be achieved by thousands of Asian street carts anywhere. Unbelievably Lousy dry Martini not sure if the bar tender knows how to make one. Non- Alc Mojito was good though. Finally, since they forgot to bring a dish we initially had ordered, and the kitchen was closed by then, as a consolation price we were served 2 Chicken skews that were available, which by reading the other reviews, were supposed to be 3; that is unacceptable and raging (encabronante para que me entiendan en español en honor a que es un rest peruano)
Oh! And for all of the above you need to make a reservation
In conclusion, I can tell people visit because of the atmosphere; not because of the food. This type establishments should be better labeled with -4 stars in rating so you know you are coming into a tourist trap.
I will be back though …. to...
Read moreNice ambiance, very big spaces and interesting decors. More than 300 tables, I think, located in different places. When I called to make the reservation, they told me that the restaurant was fully booked and they did not wanted to accept our reservation. We have insisted and finally we got a table. When we arrived, more than 100 tables were free. We wanted to stay inside but the Staff said that all the tables were already booked. So that, they gave to us a table outside, at the end of the garden, under the three. Then we were completely forgotten by the Staff, until we were obliged to called them shaking our arms! After 23 minutes they finally bring to us the menù. The Staff was kind but the service was really poor. The chicken tacos were ok but the ceviche was served with too much ognions and the fish was cutted in too much big pieces. When we left, 2 hours later, we have seen that the 100 tables inside were still free, the restaurant inside was empty. So, why they obliged us to stay outside in the garden, when all the tables inside were available??? I will never come back anymore. Bad service, bad...
