This is a new business and at the time of this review they are one week old and it feels as though the place should have stayed closed until they hired competent and experienced staff, figured out how to prepare drinks from their menu, learned how to take an order and deliver it in a reasonable amount of time and spent a minute to see if their prices made sense in anyplace other than possibly Dubai.

Myself and a friend visited Madison Caffe (yes, two 'f's in the name) as it opened only a week ago and he wanted to give it a try. We sat at the entrance of the restaurant for a solid ten minutes as the staff ran around in circles trying to figure out what to do next. It seemed as though three of the servers had absolutely no idea on how to be a waiter.

Finally we sat ourselves down at a streetside table and raised our hands until one of the waiters came and provided menus and table settings. As they were busy, I placed an order for a large bottle of Perrier or similar sparkling water and then went about looking at the menu. After about twenty minutes of waiting, well after choosing our orders, we flagged the waiter down and he had the look like, oh no, I forgot your bottle of water. He said he would get it, only to repeat this same thing three more times over the next twenty more minutes.

By the time the waiter arrived with the water, we asked if we could immediately place our orders. He said absolutely and that he would return. We waited another fifteen minutes and finally got up to pay for the water and leave.

During this one hour of wasted time, we couldn't help but notice the complete and utter chaos of the staff. They had no clue as to what they were doing. Additionally we watched even the two experienced gentlemen returning three different orders to the kitchen as the dishes were either wrong or missing something. I counted three different drinks that were returned.

Finally while reviewing the menu for the 100th time, I took note of something that almost had me spit out a mouthful of sparkling water. They had a pint of IPA on the menu that was.........Eighteen Euros (18€)!!!! Meanwhile the house wine was four euros a glass.

Listen, the place is new, some kinks are expected but this was just flat out a mess. The decor is beautiful and expertly done and that's why I am giving it a single star, everything else was without question, the worst restaurant experience I have ever...

I can not believe I wasted my time, energy and money here on a long awaited trip to Paris with my friend. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. The food was bland as hell. The waitress wouldn't speak to us in English at all and I tried my best to order in French. We finished our main meal to have her come over WITH THE BILL. We hadn't asked for this and we wanted desserts. I asked could I order a dessert to which she did reply in English (multiple times so was lying about not speaking it just clearly couldn't be arsed to help us!!!) Brought our desserts out, slammed them down on the table and brought an updated bill to us and made us pay when we hadn't even eaten our desserts. Absolutely disgusting the way we were treated. Then she made a point of moving all the tables around us and made us very uncomfortable and clearly hinting at us to leave despite the rest of the restaurant being full and it only being 21:15pm.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN PARIS PLEASE-the worst place I've ever eaten and I've been to a lot of different places around the world. Learn how to treat people with respect- I sincerely hope your staff don't go to a different country on holiday where they don't speak the language and get treated as...

The food and the place is really nice, but the customer service is terrible. Sunday night, at 19:00 the place wasn't full, a lot of empty tables and people waiting 15-20min to get in. Looks like only one person was serving the tables. So, after wait for a while outside you need to wait more for a waiter/waitress to come to your table and ask your order.

And there is a plus: People who want to take to go, are in the same service queue for people who want to enter in the establishment. And once again, the same person who serves the tables, has to divide himself into two To serve people who want to take to go and with the UberEATS delivery.

I guess I spent more time waiting for the customer service then eating. This is so disrespectful!

Despite the bad service, the food is good and the atmosphere...

Too loud for me! The vibe is cool and full of teenagers… seems like it’s their main target. The music was too loud and in addition to the people talking even louder I ended up with a headache. The servers took some time to get our orders, they seemed overwhelmed as it was crowded. The Pizza and pasta are great… I love Napolitana pizza so I was exited to try this place, they looked great, especially the heart shaped version but I think the dough was too thick, so much dough on the sides that the inside was not well baked. The napolitana is usually airy and fluffy, so I guess they should work on that. The baby tiramisus are so good, just the right size and so airy, that one is a must! Overall a nice place to try.
