Not a capsule stay, but actually better than a capsule in my opinion was getting a little "extra space of my own" right around the bed with a big curtain for privacy (be sure to ask for a "lower bed" though with no such space for the upper ones); and about the only thing I can think of on the downside is just "very few" outlets in the room to plug in the devices (only two in my room for 6 people). And, nicely spacious to relax & move around is the "downstairs lounge" with plenty of tables & chairs (including an area like a living room with some comfortable sofas) although I wished I could have stayed there longer than the closing time of 11 pm.||As for food, apart from what's available at the lounge (mainly health-conscious types of food), there's a food area including a supermarket at just about a 5-minute walk (to the right after coming out of here, then to the left at the big street followed by another left at the light then a walk down that street) and where my "usual place" (during a 4-day stay) was a small take-out restaurant for chicken & rice.||And yes despite its location a little far from the area of city center is a "nice proximity" to the Rosa Parks station (just a very short walk to the left after coming out) from which is just a short metro ride to Haussmann - Saint Lazare where pretty much all connections can be made to the city's main tourist sites (such as the Eiffel Tower, the Army Museum with the tomb of Napoleon, the Louvre Museum, and actually also the Versailles on the outskirts of the city with a direct train from Pont de l'Alma station after a connection from Haussmann - Saint Lazare).
