ebisu toulouse — Restaurant in Toulouse

So disappointed in this restaurant that use to be one of my favorites. I eat for the first time in this place in Bordeaux, and I was so happy when they open here in Toulouse !!! I like it a lot but yesterday was awful... I understand that there were a lot of people, and I recognize that the staff was making a great effort to attend to all the requests, but anyway we were served 45 minutes after we order, and we saw how other people who arrived after us received their order before us and even received complimentary drinks to excuse the wait. We even had to talk to someone to receive our food, which apparently was forgotten. In addition, the presentation of the dish was not as good as on previous occasions, which I attribute to the enormous load that the team had, since there were really A LOT of people. I had lunch there twice once I had Hasami-Age Don which was very delicious since the pork cutlet was fried very nice, and also the rice has kept me fall for a longer time than I presumed. The second time I had Tantanmen which which was more spicy than I anticipated. Both were good, but I would recommend more the Hasami-Age Don. You can also take out or dine-in. during summer you can also eat outside the interior is a little bit small so drink winter. It might be a little difficult to eat there but still the atmosphere gives you the Japanese style of eating by yourself on a bar which feels...

Surprisingly, ramen was not so bad (I’m from Japan). Came here the first time last year when they were just newly opened, there were so many staff inside but I guess it’s because the restaurant is new. So yeah, unsurprisingly the food came fast, and the waiters are nice, location is very convenient. Gyoza was disappointing though, but if you are craving for ramen, this place is good enough. Second and third time I came, both times they messed up my orders, funny enough because service was different as to when they just opened and had many staff. Or maybe just coincidence.
