This place is ridiculous! I’ve never seen such a bureaucracy, not only a bureaucracy, but every employee is beyond uneducated! 200 employees are sitting in a huge hall, having no clue what they saying or doing. They ask for documents to bring to them, then they send your documents to some mysterious person who is sitting in the high castle, who has to do the paperwork, then that mysterious person denies your documents, but they don't say WHY? You go again and the bunch of stooges in the hall ask you for another document. You bring it and again some mysterious person denies it! There is no way you can talk to or see the person who works on your documents! You are running back and forth and you NEVER see the solution! I don’t understand how scammers like “Fresh Juice” (next to Z.Winery) are able to continue operating with such an obvious predatory business model that specifically targets tourists. In Brussels, or any functioning EU city, such practices would not be tolerated, and authorities would act quickly to shut it down.
